Refunds and Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will only be accepted in writing by emailing aag@theconferencemanager.com.au
Cancellations received in writing on or before 31 January 2025 will be subjected to a refund less 25% admin fee. After this date, we regret that no refunds will be made, however substitute delegates will be accepted. Please note that cancellation fees will apply whether or not payment is received at the time of registration. By submitting the registration, you are agreeing to these conditions.
