Her 2 books translate nutritional science into language for everyday readers and health professionals alike. Eat To Cheat Ageing (2014) looks at the unique nutritional needs of older people and provides practical eating advice to promote independence and productivity in their later years. Eat To Cheat Dementia (2106) covers the current science of nutrition, brain health, cognition and dementia. It covers what’s known about prevention of cognitive decline, but is also for people living with a dementia diagnosis and their carers. It provides advice and sensible strategies to help people live well with or without dementia.
